The term ‘staff’ is defined as a person who appears in your calendar and whose time is booked out to clients. If you or an administrator want to access Tymwise and you are not assigned time in your calendar, that access is free.

The term ‘branch’ is most commonly defined as a physical location (office, showroom, studio, depot, garage, etc) or geographic area (North Auckland, Central Auckland, South Auckland). There are various ways to set up a branch or branches to accommodate your business’ specific requirements. We’re happy to discuss the plan that’s most effective for you.

Tymwise is a month-to-month, cancel at any time service. There are no fixed set-up fees, no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Payment may be made by monthly direct debit on the first working day of each month or we can automatically bill your Visa or MasterCard at the beginning of each month.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars for New Zealand-based companies. Tymwise can be used in other countries and we will happily provide you with a quote for service. Simply contact us. You will be given currency options to select when you sign up for a free trial.
