Sandy Male has been self-employed as a business management consultant for more than 20 years. She knows how to manage time effectively after co-owning Coromandel FM, New Zealand’s largest private radio network, from 1990 - 2004. After selling the company to MediaWorks, Sandy began developing Tymwise to help small businesses better control their appointment scheduling and become more profitable. Prior and during her time in the radio industry Sandy worked with a variety of industries as a Management Consultant advising businesses on systems set-up and management structures. This experience led Sandy to embark on developing Tymwise to help businesses manage their most valuable resources - time, people and scarce resources - efficiently to grow and become the very best they can be.

After 12 years as a L’Oreal certified senior creative stylist and 5 years as a business owner, Kavita joined the Tymwise team. Kavita has been the original tester and implementer of the application and with her support team are responsible for setting up many of the Tymwise clients so that they can use Tymwise immediately and effectively in their business. She knows everything about the Tymwise application and is happy to answer any and all questions - and is always keen to hear about how your are using the application to change and grow your business.
